At Shoeshock.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to offer high-quality footwear and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on shoeshock.in, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size mismatch (subject to availability)
  • Manufacturing defect or damage during transit

Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original box, tags, and packaging must be intact
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong product

No unboxing video = No claim will be accepted

 


 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Products used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or photography
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (exchange only, not refund)
  • Clearance sale or discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

 


 

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Reverse pickup charges may apply
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued

 

REFUND POLICY

Prepaid Orders

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Product is returned and passes quality check
  • Shipment is returned due to courier issues not caused by the customer

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

 


 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for direct refunds
  • If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer after verification

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Shoeshock.in is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable or refusal to accept delivery

If an order is marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability or refusal, shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Record a clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product)
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order ID, issue details, and video proof

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

 


 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch 
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refund initiation: within 2–3 business days after approval
  • Bank / payment gateway processing: 5–7 business days
  • Delays caused by banks or gateways are beyond our control
