Shipping & COD
Free shipping on every order across India. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days; orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next working day. Delivery takes 5-7 working days and you get the tracking link on WhatsApp and email.
Cash on delivery needs a ₹150 advance paid online to confirm the order. The balance is paid in cash to the delivery partner. The ₹150 advance is not refundable once the order is dispatched.
Exchange & refund
Wrong size or colour? Message us on WhatsApp within 24 working hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement first, and refund only when a replacement is not possible. One size or colour exchange per order. Share the return tracking ID within 72 hours of the request being approved.
Cancelling before dispatch carries a charge of ₹50 or 3.5% of the order value, whichever is higher.
